Antique Table Restorations

Table restoration is a craft mastered by D & D Collins French Polishing.

This old dining table came to us in a number of pieces! Repair and restoration was not simple, but the finished result was a fantastic table, ready for the next family dinner.

Dining table restoration is not the type we tackle. This old timber coffee table was a family favourite, and we were able to repair the scrapes and scratches it had sustained over a well used life time.

Apart from french polishing tables we can also add a polished piano black finish to most furniture pieces. The table below is an example of that. The damaged table needed repair and the piano finish was requested by our client.
